Fresh Fruits: Try it out

Most people have a sweet tooth and it isnʼt satisfied with natural fruit as nature intends , the clearest alternatives are either sugary treats or those made with artifical sweetners.

Fresh fruit will take care of a yearning for sweetness ,once you;ve been off the super sweet stuff for more than 2 weeks- the time it takes to break an old habit and formulate a new one.

Give yourself three weeks to break or withdraw from conventional desserts and chai break accompaniments.Have fresh fruit instead.

Get the best fruit you can- ripe, attractive, organic and in season.if you’ve been a big sweet eater, you may not even taste sweet at first.
